WHAT WE OFFER:
K-12 Financial Education: Businesses have the potential to improve lives and move the needle on critical issues, especially in collaboration with great partners like Girl Scouts of the USA, Junior Achievement, Jump$tart Coalition® and AFSA Education Foundation, while also helping to support the economy. The associates of TFS believe companies should be active in helping to solve pressing social issues to build sustainable communities–and are proud to help lead the way.
TFS realizes that communities are greatly under provided in the area of financial education, and knows the importance of understanding credit and the economic opportunities that go along with financial capability. TFS does not just give dollars; it gives time, energy, and know-how.
Since 2007, TFS associates have dedicated more than 130,000 hours to mentor young people and support educational programs to help communities succeed. Through a comprehensive financial education strategy, TFS employs the talents of its associates within the Financial Empowerment Initiative, an area that directly impacts business on a daily basis.
WHAT WE NEED:
TFS has a robust commitment to making lives easier in the communities in which TFS associates live and work. The goal is to equip communities with the tools and resources necessary to build confidence in their financial decisions and to create financial capability.
