Welcome to the Virginia Jump$tart Coalition for Personal Financial Literacy

 

The Virginia Jump$tart Coalition for Personal Financial Literacy (Virginia Jump$tart) works to improve the financial literacy of Virginians. The goals of the Virginia JumpStart Coalition are to collaborate, educate and advocate to promote financial literacy for Virginians.

Collaborate

Continuously attract and bring together financial literacy practitioners that enable Jump$tart to cultivate informative relationships and build a foundation for advocacy.

Educate

Be a resource for financial literacy information for state legislature, member organizations, financial literacy providers and Virginia educators.

Advocate

Build awareness among government officials, educators and the general public of the need for financial literacy.

Join as us we celebrate all the work that was done to improve the financial literacy of all Virginians during Financial Literacy Month.

  • Enjoy food and fun while networking with others who have an interest in financial literacy
  • Hear about new resources and programs that you can use in your financial education efforts
  • Share information about your financial education activities
  • Leave reinvigorated and reenergized to continue financial literacy activities and advocacy for the rest of the year!
