  • National Financial Capability Study: FINRA's July 2016 survey underscore the need to ensure all Americans have access to the education, resources and tools they need to manage their money with confidence. This third iteration of the study, with data collected in late 2015, builds on the findings and benchmarks established in 2009 and 2012 and adds to the growing conversation about how individuals can best manage and make decisions about their financial resources
  • Millennials & Financial Literacy - The Struggle with Personal Finance: PwC's January 2016 report finds that millennials are exceptional in many ways. They are better educated than their predecessors, more ethnically diverse, and more economically active. Yet they confront greater difficulties— including economic uncertainty and student debt—than those who came before them. As a generation carrying new personal financial responsibility, it is critically important for Millennials to be on a path leading toward financial security. This report analyzes the financial characteristics of more than 5,500 Millennials and examines the factors that threaten their economic aspirations and security. The Global Financial Literacy Excellence Center at the George Washington University conducted this research with the support of PwC.
  • Better Money Habits Millennial Report: According to Bank of Americs's 2015 report, while millennials are reasonably confident about money and are focused on their finances, they are also experiencing a great deal of stress around the topic. That’s due in part to factors out of their control, including a volatile global economy, a changing job market and, to some extent, the student debt they’ve taken on.
