Register to Use the Clearinghouse Logo on Your Website

Once your resource has been approved to be listed on the Jump$tart Clearinghouse, some providers have requested to use a Jump$art logo on their website and in their print materials. Instead of using the primary Jump$tart logo, we prefer that you use this special "Listed on jumpstartclearinghouse.org" logo, which was created specifically for this purpose. Please use this logo in conjunction only with those materials that are currently listed on the Clearinghouse and do not use the logo to imply the Jump$tart Coalition's endorsement of your resource. By downloading the "Listed on jumpstartclearinghouse.org" graphic ("Logo"), The Jump$tart Coalition for Personal Financial Literacy ("Jump$tart Coalition") grants You a nonexclusive, nontransferable and revocable license to use the Logo under the following terms and conditions. I represent and warrant that I'm authorized to accept this agreement and I agree:

  • To use the Logo in conjunction with only those materials that are currently listed on the Jump$tart Clearinghouse.
  • To stop using the Logo immediately upon the resource's removal from the Jump$tart Clearinghouse, whether it is at Jump$tart's decision, the provider's request, or for any other reason.
  • Not to alter the Logo in any way, except to increase or decrease its size, proportionately.
  • Not to use the Logo or the listing to declare or imply the Jump$tart Coalition's endorsement of the resource or individuals/organizations affiliated with the resource.
  • Not to use the Logo or the listing to declare or imply any other affiliation with the Jump$tart Coalition.
  • Not to take any actions which are inconsistent with Jump$tart Coalition’s ownership rights in and to the Logo including, but not limited to, challenging JumpStart Coalition’s rights to the logo, attempting to register the Logo in my own name, or using and/or registering a mark that is a colorable imitation of the Logo.
  • To follow any other instructions provided by Jump$tart for use of this Logo and to immediately discontinue use of the Logo upon Jump$tart's demand, for any reason, with or without cause.
  • To indemnify, defend, and hold Jump$tart Coalition, its successors and assigns, and its directors, committee members, officers, employees, members, representatives and agents, harmless from and against any and all loss, liability, damage, claim, suit, demand and expense, including, but not limited to, taxes, fines, penalties, court costs and attorneys fees, arising in connection with or related to any of my acts or omissions in the use of the Logo (including, without limitation, any breach of this Agreement).
