Louisiana Jump$tart partners were at the State Capitol on Thursday, April 12th with table displays in the rotunda with information on what they are doing to help students and adults learn how to budget, save and invest, understand credit and credit scores, avoid fraud and scams, manage risks and protect their identity. Our “Day at the Capitol “ is a great opportunity to raise awareness that quality personal financial education is essential to ensure that individuals are prepared to manage money, credit, and debt, and to become responsible workers, heads of households, investors, entrepreneurs, business leaders, and citizens. These Jump$tart partners were involved in the Day: Campus Federal Credit Union
Representative Pat Smith, Representative Ted James, Representative Alfred Williams, and Representative Steve Carter, supporters of La. Jump$tart, posed for pictures with our partners.
