2011 Young Money $uper $tars Poster Contest Winners

Since 2008, the Louisiana Jump$tart Coalition, in an effort to inspire Louisiana youth to become more financially savvy, has sponsored a Financial Literacy Poster Contest. This poster contest is a great way to get students thinking about how to effectively manage money. The contest offers them a creative outlet to demonstrate their knowledge, it gives students the opportunity for local and state recognition of their artwork and it rewards winners with a START Saving Account and other prizes.

We have an Elementary, Middle and High School winner and an Overall Winner. The poster entries come from school districts across the state. We congratulate these students on clearly showing in art form the “Benefits of Saving Money”, our poster theme for this year.
